OUR SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS:
1) SPINE CARE: We utilize the Mckenzie Approach (http://www.mckenziemdt.org) in treating spine pain (neck, mid and low back) as well as head aches. Our
therapist, Mike Greenwood, MS, PT originally passed the national McKenzie exam in 1996 and has been using the techniques continually since then.
The McKenzie techniques try NOT to use the no pain/no gain approach and trys to give the patient as many self help techniques as possible so that
they can control their pain when at home. Also, the McKenzie techniques have been researched extensively...probably more than any other PT
approach, and have been shown to be very effective at controlling and abolishing spine pain.

2) HOME CARE VISITS: For Medicare patients, ARC Physical Therapy will make visits to your home. One of the differences between this and typical
home care is that you DO NOT HAVE TO BE HOME BOUND to receive our PT visits. Also, we typically can bring more pain relief equipment such
as Ultrasound and electric stimulation to the home. These services are currently offered only within 10 miles of Weber State University and you must
have difficulty with transportation or other necessity for home visits.

3) HEAD ACHES: ARC Physical Therapy has been treating headaches successfully for over a decade. We are in fact working on a self treatment kit for
those without insurance coverage. Most head aches are tension related and although initially stubborn, typically resolve or at least become
controllable with the correct education and stretches.

Other Programs include Post Surgical Recovery and Motor Vehcile Accidents
